The proposal envisions the enhancement of the building artifact through actions that will allow the development of a functional program that can give Hennebique a leading role. Architecturally, the design intentions are to make the basement permeable, recreate internal courtyards to allow for the internal distribution and consequent illumination of the new functions, and the creation of a new volume on the roof that would allow for the enjoyment of the characteristic surrounding landscape.
