We identify and provide the resources required to meet the customer’s needs: the required competence level of staff is defined and suitable training programs are implemented accordingly.
The Quality Department is responsible for verifying the effectiveness of the training. All our production processes, plants and construction sites, are equipped with specific control plans allowing the quality assessment of the product during each processing phase, so as to intervene promptly in case of anomalies.
Production plants have detailed maintenance programmes in place to guarantee the best possible efficiency of the machinery at all times. All our Company suppliers are assessed and selected based on their ability to satisfy our requirements.
All measuring instruments are calibrated at specified intervals and all necessary precautions are taken during their handling, maintenance and storage.
