Thanks to technological production plants and extensive experience in the production of special concretes with very high mechanical strength, Vitali Group is able to produce different types of concrete, such as

Lightweight structural concrete
Vitali S.p.A. SB produces lightweight structural concrete with a reduced specific weight thanks to the use of polystyrene thermal concrete instead of ordinary aggregate.

Lightweight non-structural concrete
A type of lightweight concrete that is packaged in various ways (e.g. with pumice, expanded clay, or glass materials) and can be used exclusively for filling or thermal and acoustic insulation.

Self Compacting Concrete (SCC)
This special type of concrete does not require mechanical vibration to compact, saving on manpower during casting.

Insulating concrete
This product is used as thermal insulator for roofs, as an underlay for flooring or as filling material.

Fibre-reinforced concrete
This is a material belonging to the special concrete family, obtained by combining ordinary concrete, mortar and fibrous elements.

Heavy concrete
A special type of concrete, characterised by a mass greater than 2600 kg/m3 (after drying).
