High-quality materials for motorway junctions

The Vitali Group has been among the protagonists of the recent construction works of the IV lane of the A4 motorway on the Milan - Bergamo section.

The project envisaged the widening of the motorway platform for a total length of 9 km and 400 m. Vitali S.p.A. has completed on behalf of PAVIMENTAL S.p.A. the ramps in the vicinity of the Trezzo junction and the completion of the new secondary, adjacent to the motorway extension. In addition, the Vitali group supplied all the subsoil materials from its own loan quarry located in Caponago (MI). An important work which has involved a large number of people and equipment, making it possible to improve the fluidity and safety of the section which is covered every day by a very high volume of traffic, with peaks of 140,000 vehicles per day and peaks of 40,000 between lorries and buses.
