Renewable Energy
What we do
Building
responsibly
Building sustainably means reducing, compensating, mitigating or neutralising one’s CO2 emissions, thus opening a virtuous circle towards carbon neutrality.
To achieve this ambitious goal, Vitali Group is working alongside local administrations and the most energy-intensive enterprises to propose emission reduction solutions:
- low/zero CO2eq emission plant solutions;
- low CO2 emission construction solutions and with carbon sequestration characteristics;
- solutions for sustainable electric and pedestrian mobility;
- export of renewable energy produced in situ and made available to the energy community;
- solutions for biodiversity, forestry and urban agriculture;
- participation of residents in energy saving measures;
- off-site offset measures: extension of the fifth-generation energy network and creation of the Renewable Energy Community, the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), and reforestation.

The project
LAND.ITALY:
the country's green future
LAND.ITALY is Vitali Group project aimed at the recovery and urban regeneration of more than 45,000,000 square metres of brownfield and degraded areas. An ambitious response to the challenges of climate change, which focuses on the green future of our peninsula, promotes sustainable solutions and encourages behaviour aimed at mitigating and reducing negative impacts on cities and ecosystems.
- 20 million square metres (45%) are dedicated to the installation of plants for renewable and sustainable energy production with a nominal power of more than 670 MW.
- 25 million square metres (55%), are dedicated to agricultural production and the generation of carbon credits for an annual absorption of 60,000 t CO2.
