Innovation Campus, a prestigious HQ for the Vitali Group

The Vitali Group has built the Innovation Campus Milan in the south-east of Milan, surrounded by a total area of 1,000,000 square metres of green space.

The complex, LEED certified, is designed on the concept of the American campus: it will house offices, a conference centre, laboratories and annexed services, a nursery and kindergarten, a fitness centre, a restaurant and 1,000 underground and outdoor parking spaces. The spaces are conceived according to the logic of high efficiency and functionality, combined with state-of-the-art technology, high building quality and maximum energy efficiency. The aesthetics of the complex follow the guidelines of eco-friendly architecture with total respect for the environment, and the materials chosen guarantee minimal environmental impact throughout their life cycle.
