This is why in 2023 we became a Benefit Company, to declare the importance we attach to activities geared towards sustainability, environmental protection, respect and the development of people and the creation of shared cultural and economic value.
Being a Benefit Company makes us more competitive and allows us to imagine and build a future conceived for human beings, with positive effects on the territory, communities and people, who become an active part of the change towards a more sustainable world.

Corporate responsibility is an integral part of Vitali S.p.A. SB’s way of being an enterprise and operating, whose aim has always been to combine competitiveness and sustainability. For us, the Sustainability Report is a social contribution, allowing us to carefully measure our impact and results, assess our managerial performance, point out areas where we can improve and discuss integration with our internal and external stakeholders.

Il rating di legalità e rating ESG non solo attestano il rispetto delle normative, ma evidenziano anche il nostro impegno verso una gestione più etica e sostenibile. Il rating di legalità, che attesta l’adesione alle normative e la lotta contro la corruzione, rende più trasparente la relazione di fiducia con gli stakeholder, mentre i rating ESG dimostrano l’adozione di pratiche aziendali che rispettano l’ambiente, i diritti umani e la governance etica.
