Governance
Philosophy
A clear vision
While remaining a family business, the governance model adopted by Vitali Group has developed over time, consistent with its expansion into new domestic markets. Today, Vitali S.p.A. SB is a Benefit Corporation that aims to become a benchmark for the Italian construction world.
The work of upgrading and developing strategic areas of the country system stems from a governance approach that arises from our founding values, is inspired by our vision and takes concrete form in our mission.
Building for people means having a clear path to follow and concrete goals to achieve; it means taking a stand and collaborating with like-minded people.

Commitment
A concrete path
Benefit Corporation
We became a Benefit Corporation in 2023 to integrate positive impact on society, environmental protection and financial profit. By integrating corporate responsibility into our business model, we are committed to accounting for our social and environmental impact through a sustainability report.
The decision to become a Benefit Corporation reflects the far-sightedness of the management's choices, conveys a clear and positive vision of the future, and testifies to our high ethical standards, which are necessary to obtain legal recognition.
Supply chain
We know that supply chain management plays a crucial role in the construction industry. Suppliers of works, goods and services are key stakeholders for us, whose performance can significantly influence the efficiency, quality and sustainability of our activities and works.
That is why we select and qualify our suppliers, ensuring that they respect workers' rights, have ethical sourcing, respect diversity within the workforce and share our values and environmental awareness.
Corporate policies
To formalise and make concrete its social, environmental, process management and supply chain commitment, Vitali S.p.A. SB has a set of policies authorised by the management, communicated in the Induction process to employees and made available on the company platform, company website or company notice boards.
All our policies are reviewed annually during the Management System Review to ensure consistency with the vision and mission of Vitali S.p.A. SB.

Anticorruption
We have adopted the ISO 37001 management system to address the potential risks of corruption in carrying out business activities. A system of rules and controls that we apply in dealing with our stakeholders, but also anti-corruption training for operational workers. A serious system to combat malfeasance only works if everyone is fully involved.
