a state-of-the-art production facility
Operational since 1995, the production centre in Ponte S. Pietro (BG) uses state-of-the-art equipment with high production capacity, capable of meeting any demand while respecting the environment and safety standards. The pride of the plant is its milled material recovery system, which can recover up to 30% of the mixture’s composition, resulting in significant savings in natural aggregate from quarries.
Thanks to experience and our technicians’ ongoing professional training, the plant is able to produce quality asphalts, complex high modulus conglomerates, splittmastix wear layers, coloured asphalts and porous draining and sound-absorbing conglomerates. The asphalt production plant is fully automated and controlled by a latest generation control unit.

Production, delivery
and environmental recovery
The plant stands more than 10 meters high and occupies a very large area for the storage of aggregates, the handling of raw materials and the unloading of finished products. The site provides for the disposal of demolition waste, authorised by the Province of Bergamo, and the sale of aggregate materials such as gravel, crushed stone, sand, and screened materials.
