A logistics campus with a technological heart

Stezzano Business Park is a real estate development project in the tertiary, commercial and production sectors, managed entirely by the Vitali Group: a true “technological campus” structured on an area of 67,000 square metres, of which 25,000 gross area at floor area.

It envisages four main buildings: three large multifunctional structures flanked by a management building that can be used entirely for offices and research laboratories. The guidelines of the project, in addition to high construction and technological standards, follow the topography of the site and provide for numerous green spaces; all this serves to make the space dynamic and on a human scale, to insert it organically into the surrounding landscape, from an aesthetic, architectural, as well as energetic and functional point of view. In particular, Stezzano Business Park creates a harmonious dialogue with the surrounding landscape through its integration with Bergamo’s South Park and the infrastructure apparatus (railway and motorway). Equally valid and interesting, on an aesthetic and symbolic level, is the interface with the Kilometro Rosso Science-Technology Park, the best “neighbours” in terms of prestige, site identifiability, possibility of further business synergies and public relations activities.
